About Homecare Scotland:
At Homecare Scotland, we provide quality in-home care and support to our clients ensuring they feel both safe and comfortable in their homes. We offer bespoke packages, tailored to the needs and demands of the individual. Working in care is a journey and Homecare Scotland equips staff with training, CPD and support to nurture skills and progress careers at any stage. The Client:
The client is in their 70's and is living with a brain injury but remains fully mobile and able to maintain own personal care. Client requires emotional and social support to maintain their wellbeing and safety when their partner is out of the house. Client lives with their partner and remains very active, while also maintaining a very healthy social life, including visits from family and friends.
The client enjoys listing to music and watching television., attends regular gym classes and likes to make time weekly to have hair and nails done.
Care Needs:
- Social Support
- Emotional Support
Shifts:
- Monday, Thursday, Friday: 8am – 12pm (4 hours)
- Wednesday and Sunday: 8.30am – 1.30pm (5 hours)
Essential Criteria:
- Experienced care giver
- Needs to be understanding and have patience to provide the client with emotional and social support
