We are currently looking for motivated and quality driven Live in Companionship in the Morayshire to join our growing Homecare Scotland family and support a new client in Lossiemouth .

We are looking for two live in companions plus ad hoc when required.

This role would also suit Healthcare Assistants, Care Assistants, Support Workers, Homecare Workers, Home Care & Community Carers.

A UK driver's license essential.

Our Client

  • Our client is an active minded lady who has recovered from a lengthy hospital stay. she has been discharged to a her own adapted home live in his own home The client requires support with her daily tasks and has full use of wheelchair and other mobility aids in the house. Catheter & Stoma care is also required for this role.

Responsibilities:

You would be supporting our client to maintain good daily living skills and to promote independence within her own home providing support with domestic tasks

Support may be required in:

  • with her daily living tasks
  • supporting with aspects of her daily living skills coupled with domestic responsibilities
  • Identifying needs and assisting with these.
  • Improve the service user's quality of life, and promote independence
  • Live in care experience is preferred
  • You must have experience using mobility aids including hoist
  • You must have catheter & stoma care experience or knowledge of this
  • Be a Warm, friendly, and motivated individual
  • Be a team player while showing empathy and understanding in demanding situations.
  • Fantastic communication skills.
  • Commitment to providing the highest quality care.
  • A UK driver's license is essential.

Benefits:

· £1015/week

  • Our employment contracts include 28 days annual leave, a company pension pro-rata for part-time contracts)
  • 2 Weeks on, 2 weeks off rotation
  • PVG fees paid for by the company
