The role
I am pleased to be able to offer the position of On-Call Recruitment Consultant at H1 Healthcare. We are a small, yet vital, team that works in conjunction with our consultants to ensure the business runs smoothly after hours and at weekends.
16 Hours per week
Saturday & Sunday – 06:00 – 15:00

Key responsibilities will be;
- Taking incoming staffing requirements, fulfilling them promptly and professionally.
- Contacting our current pool of live candidates, scheduling their availability to work.
- Working closely with consultants to ensure smooth handovers between shifts
- Monitoring our online staffing requests and processing them appropriately.
- Managing challenging situations when they arise, maintaining upmost professionalism.
- Diligently following instructions implemented by our Nursing and Development Manger to ensure all workers are undertaking assignments which reflect their skillset.
The Person
The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. You should be confident working independently prioritising your own workload. You would be welcomed with an initial 4-week training period during which you will be fully integrated into your role.
Desired Skills and experience;
- Demonstrable history of working at pace while under pressure.
- Recruitment experience desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and administration skills with proven track record of attention to detail.
- The ability to manage your own workload effectively is crucial.
- RELIABILITY IS ESSENTIAL
Salary £10,683 + monthly bonus
