Role: Team Leader

Salary: £28,875 per annum plus on call payment

This diverse role includes mentoring and supporting your team and delivering care and support to our Service Users. This role reports directly to the Local Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Effective Time Management: ability to manage diaries, rotas and day to day administration requirements
· Team Work and Adaptability: working closely with Local Manager and staff teams, delivering quality support and service. Flexibility to cover additional tasks in line with business need. Supervisions and Spot checks.
· Ensuring Care Plans are reviewed and risk assessed as required with clear communication to care teams.
· On Call requirements: both week days and weekends as per rota
SCHEDULE
Working 5 days out of 7 per week, including rotational weekends.
40 hours per week full time or Part time roles 20 hours
EXPERIENCE
· Social Care Supervisor or Team Leader: 1 year (preferred)
· Minimum 2 years’ experience within the care at home industry (desirable)
· SVQ 3, or are willing to do so
· Full UK Driving License (essential) and access to own vehicle
