The Client:
A young woman living with complex needs following an accident. She lives in a fully adapted home and requires 2:1 care, 24 hours a day. She has very limited mobility, a tracheostomy, and requires catheter and PEG care. She enjoys music and social outings.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support with social activities, outings and interests
· Assistance with all aspects of personal care
· Administration of medications
· Moving & Handling
· Tracheostomy, peg and catheter care.
Essential Skills & Experience:
· Previous care experience
· Have a team player attitude while showing empathy and understanding in demanding situations
· A great sense of fun and humour, we value developing warm positive relationships with everyone we support
· Adaptive communication and ability to understand alternative methods of communication
· Due to client’s requirements, a full driving licence is essential for this role.
Available Shifts:
07.30-19.30
19.30-07.30
This is the shift pattern Monday to Sunday

Benefits:
· Hourly rate from £13.00
· Permanent part-time employment contracts available (including 28 days annual leave & a company pension! These benefits are pro-rata for part-time contracts)
