Care at Home Healthcare Assistant

We are currently looking for motivated and quality driven Care at Home Healthcare Assistant's across North, East and South of Glasgow to join Scotland's leading healthcare staffing agency. We have various hours available and are able to provide full time hours.
Locations - all locations in Ayrshire
Shift times 0800am-1300pm & 1630pm -2130pm
Main Responsibilities:
· Forming strong and trusting relationships with clients
· Provide emotional support when required
· Providing physical support which may include helping with household tasks and personal care
· Supporting and helping with health care needs, including routine checks and administration of medication
· Assisting with household tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
· Providing social support and helping clients to set and achieve goals
Skills:
· Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months UK care experience, within the past 24 months
· Good time management skills to be able to support the needs of multiple people
· The ability to keep up with changing standards and codes of conduct in the social care sector
· The ability to work both alone and as part of a team
· The ability to communicate with other healthcare professionals
· Great verbal and written communication skills
· The ability to remain calm under pressure and when dealing with challenging situations
